This top floor 38 square meter poolside studio with an outside private patio is both fully furnished and fully equipped with everything that is needed to move right in without any hassles.

With two large swimming pools, two smaller kids pools and a supermarket right in the building, your home away from home is at Tiba Resort. Our very high standard, including free WIFI, enabled us to become an Official Preferred PLUS Partner already in 2020. Being located very close to El Gouna, with a public beach only 400m away and a private beach nearby, Arena Beach Club, you are never away from fun.

Getting to El Gouna, or Hurghada Town, is done very easily with cheap taxi, UBER or Careem in addition to public transport nearby.

Tiba Resort is a resort-style apartment complex located only 400 meters from the beaches of the Red Sea and only a few mins drive from the bustling resort of El Gouna.

This 38 square meter studio is both fully furnished and fully equipped with everything that is needed to move right in and call it your "home away from home" during your stay in Hurghada.

This was my second stay at the studio it's a lovely clean place on a quiet complex but only a short taxi ride to El Gouna were there is plenty of shops and restaurants. It has a cafe on site that serves freshly made food and a small shop. The owner is always contactable and goes out of his way to help. Would highly recommend.

Decent property for the price. Everything needed.
A decent studio apartment for the price you pay, it is very cheap! The apartment has everything you need and the resort is still on going with facilities still being built / finished. Once all the facilities are finished it will be a good resort to stay in. There isnt currently loads around the resort at the minute as it is one of the first places to be built but it is an up and coming area with other resorts being built around it. It is close to a public beach which is used for Kite Surfing, along with a short taxi ride to El Gouna, which is a nice little place. You can also head down the other direction to Hurghada which is a totally different experience to El Gouna. Patrick the owner of the apartment is very quick to respond to emails, as well a providing lots of information. He currently has a team in Hurghada, which deals with all issues. We met Garry, who was a great help in showing us around the area, along with recommendations of places to visit. The good thing about this apartment are the people you meet. Debbie & Jo, who run the cafe are excellent and made us feel very welcome, along with helping us with anything we needed. They do an excellent range of food, along with cooking us an amazing Sunday lunch and apple pie and custard. If you would like to book a trip, we met a woman called Linda who sorted our trips. We met plenty of people who could help us sort whatever we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and enjoyed meeting everyone.

Great price, good location, nicely furnished.
I was recently spending a week in Hurghada with work and needed somewhere well located close to both Hurghada and El Gouna as well as being affordable. This apartment ticked the boxes and looked well furnished on the photos so I went ahead and booked it. Being only around 15-20 minutes from the airport was a real bonus after all the travelling and the first impressions of the apartment were even better than the photos. Had a quality nights sleep that night and every night since, wish i could bring the bed home with me. I did not spend too much time inside the apartment but each night after work I looked forward so much to getting on that bed and watching an hour of TV before drifting off. The resort itself is quiet yet beautiful, two large swimming pools and a poolside cafe where I spent each morning enjoying a coffee and checking up on all my emails. The girls who run the cafe, Jo and Debs are really friendly and make the best bbq cheese burger :) I will certainly be looking to book this apartment again on my next trip, highly recommended, great price

Tiba Resort is located in the very upcoming Al-Ahayaa area, also called Second Hurghada, between Hurghada Town and the bustling resort of El Gouna.
