Just 100 meters from the splendid bay of Porto Frailis (Arbatax) on the eastern coast of Sardinia, surrounded by greenery, you will find the beautiful "NiuMiu" holiday homes, just 1 minute from the sea. The beach is partly free and partly equipped, fine sand, shallow and crystalline water are the elements that unite it to the many other nearby beaches.
All NiuMiu houses are in a strategic position with ample parking available in front of the house. The proximity to the sea is extremely convenient under many aspects, especially if you have children: not having to use the car, not having to rent umbrellas and deck chairs (you can bring your own) contribute to cost savings, being able to at home at any time autonomously, they are comforts that contribute positively to spending a relaxing holiday.
The NiuMiu houses all have the same dimensions and furnishings, with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as an additional double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. In the living room/kitchen there is also a sofa bed for two more people. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the porch where there is a table equipped for eating outside.
The green lawn in front of the houses are spaces that can be used especially by children. Upon returning from the sea, you can take a refreshing shower in the shade of a beautiful olive or carob tree, you can rest on the porch and perhaps decide to visit the various nearby restaurants. You can enjoy a nice plate of culurgiones (hand-sealed ravioli filled with cheese and potatoes…) or a nice roast suckling pig or typical lamb, or sheep in a coat, all accompanied by a Cannonau wine produced in the nearby cellars. If, on the other hand, you decide to eat fish, the offers are many and all not far away.
In complete tranquillity, you can decide to visit one of the many neighboring villages where festivals/village festivals take place every day, you can discover the art, culture, traditions and hospitality of the Sardinians and savor the many typical products are being offered.
The fee includes the cpnsumption of water, gas and electricity (consumption of electricity higher than 5 kW per day have a cost of 0,50€ per kW). Upon arrival and departure, the meter will be read together with the customer for data collection.
Starting from 07/19/2023, the Municipality of Tortolì requires those who stay overnight in the accommodation facilities in the area to pay the tourist tax for a total of €1.50 per person (excluding exempt) per day, up to a maximum of 6 nights. In case of stays longer than 6 nights, the tax is still due for the first 6 nights. The total must be paid together with the payment of the stay.
