Booking Notes:
We use the latest communications and booking software to make your booking process stress free. It's very easy to book one of our villas, everything can be done online and we require a 25% booking deposit, the final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Notes on prices:
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to May. If required it is £20 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £120.00. BBQ's can be hired in, please ask if required.
