MIRABARNA Apartments are conveniently located and well served by public transport to/from the airport and metro. Nearby the building there is a paying parking and a bit further away, a free parking area. We have other apartments in the same building.

This neighbourhood has mainly local residents and retains an old world charm centered around a market selling local produce (Mercat del Clot), It is a tranquil part of the city with a Park and all amenities like bars, restaurants and supermarkets around.

Glories shopping centre, Encants Vells the city's biggest flea market and the Torre Agbar are nearby. The historic city centre, Passeig de Gracia, Placa de Catalunya, Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter are 15 minutes by metro. The Sagrada Familia is just two metro stops away.

Nice apartment in neighbourhood with little restaurants and shops
We (two adults and two teenagers) enjoyed staying in this apartment, conveniently located very near the Metro and Renfe train to the airport. It was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner nicely explained all about Barcelona on the map. The only minus were the beds. The mattresses are old and need to be replaced. We had one night with heavy rain that caused the ceiling to leak at one of the electricity bulbs. This needs to get fixed because it can cause a power shutdown. We really enjoyed Barcelona and the Catalan people! The city is very colourful with all the artists highlights. We went twice to see a match at Camp Nou which is wonderful experience!

Comfort and convenience in a charming neighborhood
Mireia and Ross were great hosts, meeting us at the apartment, showing us around and making recommendations, even drawing out metro and bus lines to the major places of interest. Across the street, the Clot metro station takes you almost anywhere you want to go in this compact city. The location can be a bit noisy, however, since Avinguda Meridiana is a busy street, but the quiet pedestrian blocks around more than make up for it with glorious shade, welcoming local shops, and vibrant tapas bars all along the way. (One note: the apartment is up five flights of narrow stairs, so be prepared to hike up!)

The location was perfect for access to and from the metro.
The apartment was perfect for our needs and we'll positioned for the metro. The owner was incredibly helpful with pointing out areas of interest as well as transportation. I would highly recommend this stay

Séjour parfait.
Nous tenons tout d'abord à remercier Mireia et son mari pour l'excellente accueil lors de notre arrivée. Visite de l'appartement puis explications pour visiter Barcelone (métro, plan, coins sympas...). Appartement spacieux pour 2 couples et un enfant de 2 ans et demi. Pas de bruit de rue. Nous avons pu garer notre véhicule pas très loin (parking gratuit). Métro à 50 mètres de l'appart. Quartier sympa. Le seul bémol de l'appart : Baignoire qui serait à remplacer. Merci à vous ! Sophie Philippe, Claire Christian et le petit Jojo.

My grandfather bought this building 50 years ago and since then, it has been in my family, who has always rented the apartments to tenants. But after my return to Barcelona, we decided to use my experience in tourism, languages and knowledge of the city, to convert them to tourist apartments.

Very straightforward and familiar, always available, both my husband and I, love to share our knowledge of the city with our guests, and if asked, recommend itineraries, attractions, transportation, restaurants and offer any kind of practical information, social or cultural to facilitate the stay of our guests and make the most of their stay, a fun and memorable holiday.
