Finally there is a comfortable and functional bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The upper floor, used as a sleeping area, features a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a further double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, which is accessed from the back of the house. Outside, the fresh porch, overlooking the garden with barbecue, table with chairs, sun umbrella and sunbeds, offers guests the opportunity to spend serene moments of relaxation immersed in the silence and colors of the surrounding nature. In winter, from 15 October to 30 April, consumption related to heating is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 200.00 is to be given upon arrival in cash.
