EXTRA EQUIPMENT EXPENSES:

We kindly ask you to pay final cleaning fee separately and in cash:
- 50 -60 euros for short-stay (MAX 3 nights). FOR SINGLES AND COUPLES: 10% discount for short-stay
- 60 - 80 euros for a week-stay

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is applied to non-residents of the city of Lucca in places to stay for maximum of 3 consecutive night.
Tourist tax per night, per person is € 1.50.
