Beautiful Spacious Luxury Villa With Private Pool And Sea/Mountain Views.

This beautiful villa is situated in the picturesque village of Karsiyaka, in the Kyrenia region of Northern Cyprus, at the foot of the Besparmak (five finger) Mountain range.
The spacious luxury detached villa boasts a breathtaking backdrop of stunning mountains and wonderful sea views. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which have balconies with gorgeous sea views and one has an en suite bathroom. There is a further bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The villa easily and comfortably sleeps 9 people. All the bedrooms have a/c units, and these can be found downstairs in the kitchen and living areas too. There is a large lounge/sitting area with a separate dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. Overall the villa is approximately 1000 square meters.
The villa has a large 5m x 10m pool with sunbeds, a stone built barbeque and a shaded dining area.

There are supermarkets nearby, free 24/7 internet access, and lovely deserted sandy beaches.
The villa boasts stunning sea/mountain views from every aspect and is close to Beach clubs, private beaches , water sports, restaurants, bars and cafes, including live music and entertainment.

It is only 30minutes to Ercan Airport and 70mins to Larnaca. We can arrange transport/airport pick up to travel to the villa and car hire for your stay.

Beautiful villa
We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 nights during the summer holidays. From the first booking until the very last day of our stay Jo was very professional and helpul with everything. She also helped sort out our airport transfers which took a lot off stress off of us. The villa is huge and stunning, plenty of room for the 8 of us that visited. The pool was lovely and clean, such a wonderful bonus having it all to ourselves. We all had such a perfect time and would love to visit again.

Villa molto bella
Ho soggiornato in questa Villa con la mia famiglia ed amici. La proprietà è molto spaziosa e la piscina piacevole e comoda. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto qualche problema con internet, la piscina e la luce, ma in brevissimo tempo hanno risolto tutto. L’unica pecca è la strada per arrivare alla casa, bisogna attraversare una strada sterrata non proprio comoda. Per quanto riguarda l’isola di Cipro, è meravigliosa e unica, consiglio di girarla per scoprire tutti gli angoli incredibili che offre.

A glorious villa which made for an amazing holiday
We absolutely loved staying at the villa which is huge, well appointed and maintained and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The outside space was fantastic with a superb pool and a sun trap of a poolside terrace. We spent many happy mealtimes sat under the grape arbor. Plenty of parking for the car (which I would recommend). And it’s in a quiet location too so we weren’t disturbed by constant passing traffic. Communication with the owners was first class and the property managers were responsive and helpful. Very well set up indeed. All in all we were very sad to leave but will definitely be back again.
