Prestigious and beautiful and panoramic villa in 1600 located in the beautiful hillside location (130 m s. L.M.). The villa is rented the second floor.
Large outdoor area fenced for the exclusive use of the pool (diameter 7. 5 m customers, 1,50 m deep, open during high season), table, chairs, deck chairs, a small makeshift kitchen with barbecue, stove, sink and cabinet with dishes. In the garden, large enclosure for two dogs.
During the summer the hot water is heated with solar panels and the consumption is free.
Ground floor: Room with washing machine and sink.
Four steps before the second floor .: Room with toilet, sink and shower.
Second floor .: Living room with color TV / dining room, 4 armchairs and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds / or 1 double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom toilet bidet and shower, kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave iron and ironing board. Free wifi internet connection. Excellent furnishing. Satellite TV in transposed.
For the months in which is binding for the arrival and departure on the Sabbath day (high season) will arrive from 16 to 18 and the departure from 8 to 10. Other hours can be agreed with the written consent of the parties.

Weg van alle dagelijkse drukte
Heerlijk groot huis met ruime slaapkamers. Omgeven door een mooie, grote goed onderhouden tuin. Mooi zwembad voor alleengebruik. Twee Ventilators aanwezig. Wees zuinig met energie, dat moet achteraf, naar gebruik nog betaald worden. Tv hebben wij niet kunnen ontdekken terwijl dat wel in de advertentie genoemd word. De vriendelijke eigenaren spreken een heel klein beetje engels, maar met handen en voeten kom je een heel eind.

Für uns das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil! Eine großzügig geschnittene, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, wunderschöne Umgebung und tolle Lage, um Ausflüge zu den sehenswertesten Orten der Toskana zu gelangen. Vor allem den großartigen Pool haben wir bei den hohen Temperaturen tagsüber genossen. Lediglich die Ventilatoren in der Wohnung könnten etwas leistungsfähiger sein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Vacaciones en familia con amigos
Casa típica Toscana, muy amplia y agradable. Los propietarios viven en la primera planta y son encantadores. Se alquila la segunda planta. La finca (jardines y piscina) muy buen cuidado, aunque había muchos mosquitos tigre :( La casa muy bien ubicada para excursiones de un día a Lucc, Pisa, Livorno, Florencia, Siena y Bologna.

Zauberhafter Platz
Das Anwesen ist fantastisch gelegen und mit viel Hingabe von Gabriella und Giancarlo gepflegt. Eine grüne Oase der Erholung! Wir wurden auch mit Tomaten, Zucchini und Bohnen aus dem eigenen Garten verpflegt. Leider ist die Verständigung mit den beiden auf Grund fehlender Englischkenntnisse schwierig, was sehr schade ist da sie sehr reizend und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, nur die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen und es gibt keine Fliegennetze an den Fenstern. Außerdem fehlte entgegen der Beschreibung ein Fernseher und die Mikrowelle. Wobei wir beides nicht vermisst haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Gabriella und Giancarlo sehr genossen!
