Cosmetically remodeled in April 2022! Single family, furnished, all inclusive home with easy highway access, 20 min to uptown Charlotte.
This home is 1000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom two twin beds, third has three twin beds. Zen back yard with nice stone patio and fire pit. Small pets are welcome. Direct TV package has innumerable movie and sports channels. High speed WiFi available. Off street/free parking. Drive 10 minutes and take the light rail to uptown Charlotte. Across the street from the house is Walter Elisha Park and Alice Springs Close Greenway, a 2,100 acre nature preserve in Fort Mill, South Carolina, was dedicated to the public to serve as a natural buffer from urban development and a place for countless activities – from hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, to picnics, kayaking and more. Many restaurants and shopping very close to home. Washer/dryer with detergents are provided. Also, coffee maker with coffee/cream/sugar.
Why would you ever want to leave Fort Mill? It has wonderful restaurants, shopping and out door activities. In fact, it was just voted for the safest place to live in SC, the smartest city in SC and is nationally voted as one of the best places to live in America.

Small home near downtown Fort Mill
Stayed here for thanksgiving break with our two young kids. Beds were comfy, clean linens. Lots of towels to use. Overall a good place to sleep, we did not spend too much time at the house. Very close to Walter Elisha which the kids loved.
