Adjustments
Property has a lot of potential, but it would take some comfortable furniture and a cabinet in the bathroom, a bathroom rug (purchased one so we wouldn’t slip), new cooking pans. Just these items would make this apartment a five star place. Location is great and the building is very well kept.
