Beautiful 1st floor 2 Bedroom Apartment - sought after location Pueblo Blanco 1

Our beautiful apartment is cleaned thoroughly before and after every stay. We take all reasonable precautions to comply with all up to date requirements.

Set in an ideal spot between the Port and Arenal area of Javea our first floor apartment boasts both sea and mountain views with private gated parking.

With two bedrooms, both doubles or twins, a huge roof terrace and shared community pool it is suited both to families as well as couples wanting a quiet picturesque property for a holiday yet within walking distance - 5 minutes to the Port and around 15 minutes to the Arenal - to bars and shops and a beautiful sandy beach.

Finished to a very high standard with a roof terrace equipped with everything you would need for relaxed entertaining including the all important large fridge for cold drinks, there is a family table, chairs and an array of sun loungers as well as a shower for cooling off if it’s too far to walk 1 minute to the pool.

This year we have installed three electric awning on the roof providing much needed shade in those very hot days. This will also allow people to take advantage of eating on the terrace during the day or in the early evenings.

The terrace is a sun trap and provide beautiful views of the mountains, orange groves and sea and in the evening the stroll down the cobble paths to the sea is beautiful.

The apartment boasts air conditioning two double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, a table seating 6 people, lounge with TV and DVD and the obligatory WiFi as well as a very well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, induction hob and Bosch electric oven as well as microwave and small fridge/freezer.

The bathroom benefits from a large walk in shower, with wash hand basin and WC as well as two mirrors and ample storage.

Our main bedroom boasts air conditioning with our second bedroom boasting a ceiling van and large windows making them very light and airy.

We do provide towels for use in the flat but would ask people to bring their own towels for the beach.

We have secure parking including an allocated parking space behind controlled gates and beautiful tendered lawns and trees within the complex.

Only 1 hour from Alicante and only slightly more from Valencia this property is ideally located served by both airports.

We welcome you to our beautiful home and hope you have a fabulous stay and welcome any feedback for improvements for future stays.

Access on day of arrival is 4.00 pm to allow the cleaners to thoroughly clean the property. Vacating the property is 10.00 am.

Very attractive location close to port, cafes, and beach. The pool would have been great to use but weather was cooler than usual. Large terrace to relax on. Comfy, well thought out accommodation.

As close to perfection you could wish for
The apartment was equipped to a very high standard, this includes the roof terrace. Positioning is fantastic. Walk across the road to pebble beach with bar serving food. Turn left out of gates and within 5 minutes you come to a plethora of stunning Spanish restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Was my 4th visit to the area and pound for pound the best experience by far. Final word regarding communication with owner, outstanding, quick to reply and informative on answering any query.

Sin comunicación con la propietaria. Casa problemática.
Conozco la urbanización desde hace años pero en esta ocasión la casa habitual estaba ocupada así que reservé esta. La comunicación con la propietaria -que estaba en Inglaterra- fue nula y conseguí acceder por casualidad gracias a la inmobiliaria ubicada dentro. Ni hubo comunicación ni aviso ni por tanto recibió acuse de recibo de que había recibido instrucciones para acceder a la casa. He puesto comunicación 1 estrella pero debía ser un 0. La casa por otra parte es incómoda. Está reformada recientemente pero sus servicios están mal diseñados y funcionan lo justo. La nevera principal está en la azotea, el baño no tiene aireación y cosas así. En el lado bueno, hay aire acondicionado que funciona bien pero muy ruidoso, las ventanas cierran bien y la distribución de espacios es adecuada para una pareja. No adecuada para personas con problemas de movilidad ya que han de subir escaleras complicadas contínuamente. Para colmo, el jardinero de la urbanización hacía funcionar todos los dias entre las 13:00 y las 17:00 un aparato de barrido muy ruidoso que impedía el descanso, escuchar la televisión o simplemente estar a gusto. Hay que sufrir a diario esto para entenderlo pero es inexplicable. No creo que vuelva a esta casa por sus problemas e incomodidad y eso que la zona es perfecta para pasar unas semanas.
