 Ground floor has fully furnished two bedrooms with attached toilets, drawing room with sofa cum bed and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, large balcony, sit-out place, terrace & garden. Ideal for a group or family with four adults (extra guests up to 4 can be accommodated at extra charge)
 Lower floor houses caretaker’s room with attached toilet & separate room with attached toilet to accommodate driver/ attendant.
 All rooms well ventilated with two-side large windows offering excellent Bhimtal lake & valley view. Cottage set in Victorian design (with wooden ceiling) faces east & overlooks Bhimtal valley.
