Unicorn was once the granary of the family palace. Practically a sixteenth century loft, masterfully transformed into a house from my parents Paolo Alberto Borgogelli Ottaviani and Marilù Cordero di Montezemolo and now open to hospitality.
The house, very quiet, overlooking a large garden, is located in the heart of the historical center of Fano between the line of the Roman walls and the line of the Malatesta walls, 100 meters from the imposing Arch of Augustus, 70 meters from the square main where the Fortune Theater, the Museum, the Art Gallery and the Malatesta Court.
In the square there are several bars, offering musical entertainment is often excellent.
The sea is 900 m. around the house and is easily reached both by bike and on foot.
Unicorn has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with lounge and dining room, an extension of the living room with a sofa bed (used as an annex of the Count's room), a beautiful terrace partially covered and a small garden.
The room of the Earl has a double bed and the room of the Marquise has two single beds, pushed together.
The bathrooms are the exclusive relevance of the two rooms, one has direct access from the Marchesa room.
The house is fully furnished with family furniture and paintings dating from the '600 to the early' 900, it does not have a conventional subdivision and leaves great airiness and livability!
Also available for free bicycles to move freely in the city.
