- Keeps sand & sun lotion outside by using outdoor hose & shower
- Returns all beach badges or leaves $25 per lost badge
- Replaces any furniture or household items they moved
- Vacuums or sweeps all floors
- Replaces burned out light bulbs (found in home)
- Replaces worn/missing felt pads on furniture (found in home)
- Wipes up refrigerator/freezer spills, crumbs & fingerprints
- Self cleans oven final night & wipes up top spills
- Grill is cleaned of food debris & grease. Propane turned off & grill cover replaced
- Hoses off porch & porch furniture
- Empties & relines waste baskets (liners in house)
- Sorts trash. Promptly removed from house & placed in cans with lids. No overflowing
- Does laundry - all week long - mattress pads, pillow protectors, towels, throws, blankets & quilts. All can go in washer & dryer
- Wipes up bath rooms daily. The changeover crew scours, scrubs, uses toothbrushes, toilet bowl scrubs, glass cleaner & serious chemicals each week. BUT with a houseful of people using the bathrooms every day…bathrooms cannot return to awesome each week unless every rental group keeps them clean with frequent sprays of scrubbing bubbles, glass cleaner and daily maintenance (supplies in home)
