About this property

Relax in a Cozy Hideaway for Two, close to everything, and pet friendly.

Moonglow Cottage is a tiny house tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. It offers everything for a private Sedona sojourn. Large windows keep the living area bright in the daytime and moonlight illuminates the nights, filling the house with romantic possibilities.
Everything is new in the cottage, including a full size kitchen with granite counter tops, maple cabinets, and new stainless appliances. It's fully stocked with all the equipment necessary for home cooking or gourmet meals.
There's a sparkling designer bathroom and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The cozy bedroom is made for two adults to share sweet dreams together while in the wall-to-wall fabulous king size bed.
Beautiful paintings done by local artists decorate the walls throughout the house.
The intimate screened porch is a perfect place to sit with your morning coffee or to share a glass of wine after a long day of hiking. While you barbeque on the fenced deck you can enjoy a peek of Thunder Mountain through the trees.
A small fenced area is conveniently located beside the deck for pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended.

The cottage is only a few blocks from the Thunder Mountain trail head that links miles of trails for mountain biking or hiking. Ambitious hikers can climb the 6355 foot high mountain for a top of the world experience.
The 14 acre Amitabha Stupa (Buddhist stupa) and Peace Park, a place for meditation or just quiet time in a spectacular natural setting, is a short walk from the cottage.
Within 1.5 miles, visitors will find a grocery store, library, post office, movie theater, and restaurants.
Uptown Sedona is 3.9 miles, or approximately an 11 minute drive.
The Village of Oak Creek is a ten mile drive bordered by the most beautiful scenery imaginable.
Oak Creek Canyon is an easy drive of approximately 6 miles from the cottage.

Great Host - Great Space
Jackie is a wonderful host – she was waiting for us at the end of the driveway when we drove up and not only showed us around the cottage but also provided lots of information and tips about things to do in Sedona. We had a couple of requests during our stay and all we had to do was text her and she took care of our needs. The nice little cottage is cozy in every possible way. We felt right at home. It is a relaxing space in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a comfortable living room/kitchen area and a bedroom that are both decorated with artwork that complement the space and fit the Sedona ambiance – and if you’ve met Jackie, I’m quite sure that you’ve met the artist. The location is a short walk from the Thunder Mountain trailhead and that trail actually connects to lots of other trails. The Buddhist stupa is also nearby and very much worth the visit. It’s also just a few blocks to highway 89A that goes through West Sedona – and where you’ll find all sorts of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our short sojourn in Sedona and staying in this excellent space helped make it a great experience.

Sedona getaway
Mainly went to hike some trails. Most were just 15 min or less away. Also close to shops and restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Sedona.
