In a 350-square-meter garden, the house is equipped with a porch where you can eat lunch in the open, shaded from the summer heat, and it’s on the same level, on the ground floor. From the wooden stairs, you arrive at the equipped seafront roof, with solarium and deckchairs.
The house consists of a large and bright living room with open kitchen. The large glass walls in the kitchen and sitting room are in line with the exteriors,  give light to the living area and lead you to the outdoor bathroom.
On the same floor, three bedrooms, of which two have a king-size bed and one is a twin bedroom. The three share a bathroom with shower.

- Air-conditioner only in the living room.
- One bathroom is external.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
