Wonderful!
We gathered to celebrate the holidays early this year in SF with our kids and grandkids! The house was perfect for us! Our kids live down the street, so it was soooo convenient. Our son from LA joined us too and the house was spacious enough to accommodate our festivities!

Great for our group!
We had a great stay at David’s Dogpatch home. We were very comfortable, and loved the quiet neighborhood. We barely spent any time at the house, but loved the time that we did. Would absolutely recommend David’s place.

Enjoyable Stay in Dogpatch
This property is the upper two floors of a charming Victorian house. It felt spacious for our family of 4 adults and we especially liked the two back decks. The neighborhood seems safe and the location is an easy walk to a small grocery and lots of dining options. We enjoyed The Daily Driver for bagel sandwiches and Piccino's coffee stand. The owner was promptly responsive to all our questions. There are some things to be aware of. This is someone's home so all drawers, cabinets, the freezer, etc are filled with their belongings. The closets (with hangers) were, for the most part, empty for our use. There were a few maintenance issues that I have relayed to the owner. There is a sizable security deposit required for this property and VRBO holds onto it for two weeks after your check out date with a few more days processing after that, so it is a long time to be without a lot of money. All in all, we had a satisfying and enjoyable stay here.
