Beautiful Penthouse with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the golf.

This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment situated on the Fairways Club Resort in South Tenerife. The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped to a high standard to give you a real home away from home stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen, UK TV channels plus a large balcony with a built in BBQ, not forgetting a roof terrace with stunning views.

The complex has a large pool area, with sunbathing terraces and beautiful gardens. There are several bars and restaurants on site and many more amenities within walking distance.

Please note that there is no WIFI in the apartment, we like to allow our guests to relax whilst on holiday and escape from the phone in hand normal life style. There are WIFI hot spots that can be used around the complex.

Cleaning services and linen changes are provided for bookings of 14 days or more.

Great holiday
This was our third visit to the fairways with others who also booked their own apartments. This is probably our favorite apartment we have booked to date, we would definitely return. The booking process and contact with the owner was excellent. For the money it is great value.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Balkon und eine Dachterasse. Leider konnten wir die Dachterasse wg. des starken Winds nicht benutzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt zwei kleine Bäder. Bei der Buchung haben wir leider übersehen, dass die Wohnung kein WLAN hat. Wir würden die Wohnung deshalb nicht wieder mieten.

The apartment is nice and quite spacious BUT take into account that (almost) nothing works as it should : - half of the lights don't work - No cleaning, no change of towels/bedsheets unless you book for 14+ days - there are ants everywhere - don't look under beds or sofas, it's very very dirty - the washing machine don't rinse - one of the bathroom smells so bad it's almost impossible to use - the other bathroom door does not close as it should Aside from that, you have a nice terrace on the roof and the Fairways complex is quite enjoyable.

A feb stay
Fabulous climate and the apartment has great outdoor and indoor space. The marina is lovely and the cafes and restaurants really great. A few minutes drive back to the airport. Absolutely beautiful place and the apartment could not have been better.
