Borrowers Cottage is a character, end-terrace cottage located in the village of Condover, near to Shrewsbury in Shropshire. The cottage can sleep three people in two bedrooms, which comprise of a double and a single as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed courtyard garden with patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Borrowers Cottage is a great place for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request (please provide own cot bedding). Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Note: Stairs to first floor are traditional wooden stairs and are steep, therefore care needs to be taken. Note: Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings, care to be taken. Note: Due to the historical nature of the property, a number of the doorways are lower then standard height.

Town: Condover is a village in Shropshire, about 6 miles south of the town of Shrewsbury. The Cound Brook flows through the village from the Stretton Hills, before meeting the River Severn. Condover is well-known for its black-and-white timbered cottages and has a number of shops and a Post Office.
