3 Bedroom Bungalow In Eastbourne recently refurbished

We have a 3 bedroom bungalow located on the private Kings Park Estate adjacent to Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne , East Sussex, which in July 2015 received a 4 star rating from Visit England along with a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence awarded in 2017. A new front conservatory and upgraded patio furniture was added in 2016. NEW in 2017 was a shower room with wc and washbasin, utility area, plus a rear entrance added. Despite our 4 star rating being renewed by Visit England for 2016 & 2017, we have decided to withdraw from this scheme due to increased fees with little benefit. Our high standards will not be affected.

The bungalow has been refurbished throughout and offers accommodation for upto 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms to include 1 kingsize and 2 twin beds. A fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and for 2017, a dishwasher, is provided, along with a family bathroom with showerscreen and a spacious shower room with WC and sink. Large flatscreen TV's are installed in the lounge and master bedroom. A utility area adjacent to the backdoor now offers a washing machine and tumbledryer. The bungalow is 'all electric' and operates on a smart card meter basis purchased on Kings Park.

Our 3 double bedroom bungalow in Eastbourne is close to Sovereign Harbour with children's play area, patio and garden area ,Wi-Fi access, Parking, Sovereign Harbour has an Asda, a multiplex cinema, a hairdresser, TK Maxx, Boots, Next, Sports Direct, Harveys and other shops all only minutes away. It also has an Indian restaurant, a Thai, two Italians, two American diners, a Harvester and two wine bars. A short drive away by car, bus, or by foot for the more energetic, is Eastbourne town centre with its beach, shops, Victorian pier and theatres. Or why not venture into the lovely surrounding countryside? Take the children to Treasure Island or Fort Fun. Five minutes drive up the road is a Miniature Railway next to a public golf course. A twenty minute car drive away is Drusilla's Zoo with fun and entertainment for all the family or for those wanting the fresh air Beachy Head. Great Little Place to Stay
Recently refurbished, modern, fresh feel. Lovely welcome pack, tea, biscuits, etc, perfect after the journey. Plenty of space for 6 adults and teenagers. Our stay coincided with storm Ciaran so one day totally washed out. However, this was a cosy, comfortable, place to stay, so all good! Gated community is overall quiet and friendly. Easy access to tourist interest, and supermarket 3 min walk away. Ideal place for us to stay.

Couldn't fault it , the bungalw was the perfect size for myself, wife, 12 yr old son and our little dog . Very well equipped with every thing you might need and the location is perfect for all amenities . The beach and marina are very close . We all loved it and will definitely return .

AMAZING!!! We didn’t want to come home!!
We absolutely loved it here and we didn’t want to come home. After a 5hr drive we arrived to find the owner had left us Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Biscuits. Very thoughtful!! The bungalow was very spacious and clean. Everything you could possibly need was available to you and I mean everything. Towels are big, soft and fluffy. The kids were so pleased as the Wi-Fi was easily accessible and fast. The beds are very comfortable and the bungalows location is so quiet. You will definitely get a good nights sleep. Would we stay here again… most definitely!! We can’t wait to return xx

Short break to give elderly mother a holiday
Lovely bungalow on gated complex of what seem mostly retirement bungalows. The estate is well maintained and generally quiet. Some noise from retail park behind property. I think some youngsters congregate there in their cars some evenings, with loud music one night. We were blessed with excellent weather. Only downside to this, property became very warm. Would benefit from a fan and blinds in the front south facing conservatory. Clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. Overall Would recommend .
