Rustic four bedroom house with large garden and two outdoor terraces set in the hills on the edge of a small village, 10 minutes from the local market town. Beautiful views into the mountains and down the valley. The bedrooms are all light and airy, and the sitting room has direct access to the garden. One terrace has the morning sun, and the other the afternoon and evening light. The garden has olive and cherry trees, and extends some way from the house itself. The house is located within the boundaries of the Cevennes National Park, near the natural attractions of the Cirque de Navacelles and Mont Aigoual, approximately an hour and a half's drive from both Montpellier and Nîmes. The area is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday in one of the less touristy parts of the south of France, or for those wanting something slightly more active, with tennis courts and cycle paths a short distance from the house, and many long distance walking routes making their way through the mountains around it. The surrounding hills are full of wild boar, and the area is well known for its honey and chestnuts. In summer, the local town has a range of exhibitions and performances, and the usual Saturday market doubles in size.
