Beautiful views as you relax on your lanai overlooking the world famous seven mile beach. Master bedroom with in suite bath. Patio door to the french balcony is an arms reach from the king size bed in the master room. Wake up, roll over and gaze at the gorgeous aqua blue Caribbean water and white beach. The condo sleeps six with a master bedroom, en suite bathroom, guest bedroom, bedroom/den, shared guest bathroom, large living area, dinning area and kitchen area. Washer and dryer available (laundry soap provided), air conditioned, and new large screen high definition TV. The condo is third floor which lends itself to more privacy, security and sweeping views of the Caribbean. (I also figure those added steps balances the sunset wine and cheese). Two amazing pools on property, one overlooking the ocean and the other, which is very child friendly is located in middle of the property. Lighted tennis courts, a child's play area, kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes are available for your use at no extra charge. Wonderful barbecue area with large Weber gas grills conveniently located.
Extra amenities SPECIFIC TO MY CONDO (#28), besides the best view on the property include, snorkel equipment X4, chilled filtered water dispenser, games, DVDs, six tennis rackets, sand toys, foot cleaning area prior to entering the condo complete with chair and towels to wipe your feet, amazing art work, multiple chairs, stools, foot stools and pillows for your comfort. Amazingly well stocked kitchen as I do stay here 3 months of the year. I purposely kept one standard bathtub for young children. Because of the unique location of #28, the lanai provides a wonderful sun filled spot and a nice area that always has some shade for when you have had a little too much sun. This particular condo also has the best breezes as prevailing winds are northeast to southwest and condo #28 is located top floor, northwest corner of the front building of the property catches those breezes wonderfully. When staying here we rarely use the air conditioning. I just love the breezes and the sound of lapping waves.
The property is wonderfully located on the south end of Seven Mile Beach making car rental an option. When you arrive in George Town, Plantation Village is a short 10 minute Taxi ride. Just note on your emigration form you are staying at Plantation Village, and tell the same to the taxi driver. We have an office that is open 8 to 5 and will be awaiting your arrival. Please let me know if you will be arriving later and arrangements will be made for you to check in and get keys. Once on property you can choose to rent a car, catch a taxi, use the public bus transportation which runs frequently on West Bay Road, or simply walk. It is easy walking distance to Kirk's well stocked supermarket, Big Daddy's liquor store, and many great restaurants. Camana Bay is an upscale shopping/eating area again in easy walking distance. A booklet with our favorite restaurants is in the condo. Two properties away is the Marriott hotel with ocean side dinning, bar and water sports for rent.
