A recently refurbished and modernised relaxing 3 Bedroom Terraced house in Cabopino, Marbella. The house has a roof-top solarium with an outside shower, sun-beds, table & chairs with lovely views of the sea, swimming pools and the Golf Course.Tennis courts are nearby as well. The complex has two large Swimming pools. ( Child friendly ) There are also showers by the pools. Pools are very well maintained with a lovely surrounding of shrubs pineapple trees, flowers etc. The Town House is located within walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants and the gorgeous Cabopino Beach, one of Spains best and it is only a 12-15 minutes walk away.

Free High Speed Fibre WiFi

The house is located in a lovely newly built complex and directly overlooks the 11th and 12th Fairways on Cabopino Golf Course. There is a Golf Course nearby and a Driving range with practice facilities just a 2 minute walk away from the house. We also have some leaflets on Tourist attractions and the market days in the Town House to help you. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away for easy access to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola. There are many items available for babies, for example high chair, baby toilet seat and 1 Baby travel cot with clean linen and also have 2 x safety gates.( Also items can be hired in.) There are sunbeds also provided.
On the downstairs patio there is an outside table with 6 chairs (more chairs available),
with a lovely pull out shade for when the sun gets too hot.
The townhouse has air/heat conditioning and a House alarm.

Also we now have sky package which is included in the price for you. With a Dvd Player & Flims for all ages.
Travel is easy from Malaga airport the drive is about 25 minutes along the coast with details very easy to understand (Transfers can be arranged, please ask)
Also you could Catch a Train from the airport to Fungerola and a number N220 bus from Train station to Cabopino Port.
8 Minutes walk up the road.

Beautiful property in Cabopino
We had a wonderful stay in Cabopino, the villa is stylish and spacious. The pool area was beautiful, unfortunately due to the weather we didn’t get to enjoy relaxing here as much as we would have liked! There is also a lovely garden and roof terrace. The villa itself is a 10 minute walk from restaurants, bars and the beach which was fabulous. Debbie was an excellent host and easily contactable. She was kind enough to allow us a late check out due to flight times which was much appreciated as we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to a return stay in better weather.

Lovely homely accomodation
House is located in a great spot on the complex right opposite the pool. There are great views from the roof top terrace which is a lovely place for a morning coffee or evening drink. The house has everything you need and provides a very comfortable environment for your holiday.

Very nice, felt very comfortable, could have stayed much longer than 2 weeks. The walk to the beach feels shorter than described. Cabopino Golf course (~1km to the clubhouse) is one of the most beautiful east of Marbella. The golf practice facilities are not that standard

Great vacation in superb surroundings
The property was exactly as described, superbly presented and clean throughout. All home from home comforts in kitchen and living areas with the added bonus of a great swimming pool only steps away. Lovely rear and roof terrace to dine on and enjoy beautiful views and sunshine. Location to beach, short walk10mins+ and supermarket 15/20mins. Further nice walks in surrounding areas of hills and beach front. Little friendly local mini shop and bar across the road and further great restaurants in Cabopino harbour area. Overall a great place to enjoy a holiday break, we certainly did and will hopefully return again soon. Many thanks Debbie

Why they chose this property

We love the area of Cabopino, quiet enough location for a peaceful getaway but so close to the beach, restaurants and bars on the port and being right next to a golf club and driving range was perfect for us! We love the fact that you are right in the middle of Fuengirola & central Marbella / Puerto Banus and visit these places often with the family.
Recently there have been a lot of deckwalk ways, that have been added to the beach front and with more to come. A lovely stroll on the decking in the early evening and a large cocktail on the way home.

What makes this property unique

A lot of people tell us that they love the fact it really feels like home from home - we have recently refurbished the property and it has a real modern homely feel to it, with a full kitchen and all the appliances and entertainment facilities you need to make yourself feel at home. This makes the house a great place to go away during the winter months too!
