Free standing building. Built of traditional stone 15 years ago. Property advertised is entire 1st floor of 2-storey building. Very large garden. Very secure - next to police station. Within the ancient Roman town of Side, only 3 minutes from Temple of Apollo and the Side harbour. 2 minutes to Roman amphitheatre. 2 large double bedroom large kitchen/lounge. Lived in by owner's family of 4 for 10 years. Affiliated with Beach House Hotel (200m distant) and guests can use hotel facilities. Beach is safe for non-swimmers. Large shaded balcony with seating. Only one other known self-catering accommodation within village peninsula.

The property was well located, clean and well-equiped.
We had a very pleasurable stay at the apartment of Penny and Ali. The accommodations were comfortable and we had all that we needed or expected. Indeed, Ali and Penny went out of their way to help us upon arrival and when we were ready to leave. We highly recommend this VRBO property. We also recommend a visit to Side for many reasons.

Geräumig,hell und gute Lage.
Drei relle Räume mit einer erfreulichen Trennung zwischen Elternschlafraum und Kinderzimmer. Küche und Badezimmer sind auch OK. Die Lage ist wunderbar,weil man zu Fuss alles gut erreichen kann. Ausserdem gibt es keinen Autoverkehr.

What makes this property unique

Its very close to everything, very relaxing and yet you are in the middle of village/resort activity. No traffic on the streets, very safe and so easy to swim, shop or relax in the garden to your hearts content.
