This structure is one of the few buildings which has survived to the flood of the 1951. It consists of the master's house that was built in the 18th century, the colonial house, the stall and some annexes that were built only some years ago. Besides fields, our farm estate is surrounded by ample areas with an uncontaminated nature.

There is a firewood oven with which visitors can prepare bread by themselves.

HISTORICAL CARS: Michele Ballarin, being keen on historical cars, offers to the guests that arrive with an historical vehicle a place setting to give shelter to their vehicles; more over he offers his workshop for possible servicing.
