Villa Montemar provides an amazing setting for the perfect family vacation. Secure private parking for 4 cars with double electric gates and alarm system add to the comfort and security of the villa. Sunbathe poolside all day and enjoy alfresco dining with spectacular panoramic sea views in the most tranquil setting.

The main lounge with open gallery is both spacious and luxurious. Marble flooring and open staircase lead to the generous upstairs bedrooms all with en suite facilities and air con. The master bedroom has it's own private terrace overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have sea views.

The open plan dining room has direct access to the kitchen and separately on to the main terrace. The secluded terrace features a large swimming pool and a summer kitchen with a covered barbecue area for alfresco dining.

A cleaning fee of 100 eur is collected in cash upon arrival.

Very nice villa
The villa was amazing, everything to have a good time. All bed rooms and bathroom confortable, it's like a castel. Very nice view, thank you Ana and James for the great service! The only bad thingh is when you have to leave the villa... you would like to stay forever :-)

The property is gorgeous and the location is amazing. James and Ana were very attentive hosts and responded quickly to any queries we had. Couldn't have aked for more.

Ein Traumhaus, super Aussicht
Sehr schöne Villa. James und Ana sind sehr bemüht. Mehrmals wurde der Pool gereinigt, 1x die Betten überzogen. Man sieht dem Haus schon an, dass es etwas älter ist aber es hat Charme. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar nicht richtig funktioniert und ist laut aber wir hatten trotzdem eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie ein Hochadel. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal hingehen. Las Villas es fantástica y James y Ana son encantadores. Ofrecen la casa con todo tipo de detalles.
El alojamiento es muy recomendable. Muy buenas vistas, estancias muy cómodas y amplias y casa muy completa. Es necesario disponer de coche para realizar compras o ir a la playa. Pero, aún así, la ubicación es bastante buena. Algo de calor en salón. El resto de habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado. Los propietarios estupendos.

Une vue inouie, une maison magnifique...
Franchement, je la conseille car c'est vraiment magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Par contre, il faut prévoir de venir en voiture.
