Apartment completed in December 2014 to our specification and to usual high Swiss build standards. Warm, peaceful and welcoming ambiance. Full height windows and generous balcony makes the apartment airy and light. Within 5 minutes walk of all Grimentz's lifts and shops. Central yet quiet - the perfect combination.
The apartment has four double bedrooms (1 bunk room) on two floors.
Two bathrooms each with bath, shower, W.C. + separate W.C.
Open-plan kitchen/dining /living area with separate sitting/TV area on mezzanine floor.

Ideal zum Skifahren
Die heimelige Traumwohnung ist auch noch sehr gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuss sehr schnell bei der Skipiste ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation sehr einfach. Wir als Familie können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Appartment lässt keine Wünsch offen, der Kontakt mit David war sehr angenehm, auf allfällige Fragen haben wir immer super schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Wie schon von einem Anderen Gast erwähnt, der Kontakt mit Will war absolut unkompliziert und er war überaus hilfsbereit und flexibel. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, alles ist sehr nahe (Einkaufen, Gondelbahnen oder Restaurant). Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Auffällig war auch die Ruhe in der Nacht. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Ferien. Merci

I live and farm in Warwickshire with my wife and two step-daughters. We come to our apartment in Grimentz winter and summer and consider it our second home.

Why they chose this property

I have always ski-ied,climbed and hiked in Switzerland and admired its political system. I have passed on my love of Switzerland to my wife and family, so we were delighted to be have the opportunity to buy an apartment in Grimentz 4 years ago. We have been fortunate in our choice; Grimentz is an unspoilt village high (1560m) up in the Val d'Anniviers, at the end of the mountain road from Sierre in the Rhone Valley. It Is a delight; terrific ski-ing for all standards, unmatched summer hikes, all with the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps' most majestic peaks. Grimentz has good shops, restaurants and bars but limited night-life.
The beautiful old village centre is pedestrianized, so a delight to stroll through, winter or summer.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is within a couple of minutes walk of the Grimentz lift system, shops and restaurants so very well situated.
