About this property

Stunning detached house in heart of Falmouth. Walk to beach. Dog-friendly

Free cancellation if government restrictions make your stay impossible.
There are big open plan spaces and beautiful wooden floors throughout this refurbished, period, detached house. It sleeps 9 in four spacious bedrooms, and offers two bathrooms. The house is a very sociable space, with plenty of room for two families, the best bit being the large kitchen diner opening out directly onto the pretty, enclosed, west facing garden.

Enjoy all that Falmouth has to offer on your doorstep. There is so much to do in all seasons... sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, a fabulous independent restaurant and bar scene, great waterside pubs, three stunning beaches, safe swimming, beautiful coastal footpaths and more.

The house is located on one of Falmouth's prettiest roads, just a few minutes walk to the picturesque harbour-side part of town and a 10/15 minute stroll to the beaches. Driveway parking and Wifi. We accept one well-behaved dog.

Please contact the owner by email or phone if you would like to book.

We had the most amazing stay in Falmouth! We didn’t have one bad experience with the property!
We had the most amazing week with so much to do in the town, even with the restrictions with Covid. The property catered to every need and was perfect for our large family. We managed to get one big car on the drive and two other cars right outside the house on the road, which were perfectly safe all week. There is so many stunning beaches very close to falmouth, most are walking distance from the house. A perfect week. Thank you Martha for your amazing hospitality!

nice house with high standard
we stayed at the property in August 2017 with 2 families. We found it had lots of space and tasteful decor. The house is located in a (very) quiet street near the towns center. There is a nice little garden and a wooden terrace at the back. All is well kept and it felt like a real home with high standard. We can recommend a stay!

Spacious and ideal for the larger family
Had a lovely time staying in the house. It was a good base. Parking for one In drive and quite often second car could be parked very near. Would recommend this property.

A fabulous family home near the centre of Falmouth a lovely place to stay for a week.
We had a fantastic time in Falmouth - the house was a great place to stay. There was good space downstairs in the kitchen and living rooms and our family was easily accommodated. The house was also a great base to explore Falmouth and many shops and activities were in easy walking distance.

We love Falmouth and can't think of a better place to come on holiday. It combines beautiful sailing waters, a stunning harbourside town, three great beaches and coastal walks. There is also the world class Maritime Museum, Henry the VIII's castle with its perfect views and a great leisure centre with fun slides.
