La Florida 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious house.

The property offers 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (one outside).
A good size sun terrace, Large outdoor patio space, and a secure gated community pool. Free Wi-Fi.
A selection of English television channels via a Freeview box installed July 2017.
The living area offers a spacious lounge with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped to cater for all your needs including a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and a filtered water tap.

All linen and towels will be provided on day of arrival.

There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the living area for the hot season and an electric fire for the winter season.

The outside living space has a gazebo, table and chairs with parasol for outside dining.
Also provided are sun loungers and chairs for relaxing in the lovely Spanish sunshine.

Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are in close proximity, offering an excellent choice of food and entertainment.

The beaches are easily accessible by public transport. Also just 2 km away is La Zenia Boulevard, a large modern shopping centre.

Another lovely stay
This was our 2nd time staying here. We loved the house and the location. Everything needed for a stay as a family was provided.The new wall at the property makes it a lovely sun trap with lots of privacy. We would happily stay here again. Thank You :-)

Schöner Tage in guter Lage
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit Amanda war prima während unseres Aufenthalts. Unser Navi u Google maps konnten die Lage des Hauses nicht korrekt erkennen, aber die Besitzerin hat weitergeholfen. Strand u Restaurants in der Nähe waren gut.

Pas de porte dans la deuxième chambre Pas de toile sur la pergola alors sur la photo de l’annonce il y en avait une. Pas de bruit avec la circulation.
