Our large apartment is on the 2nd floor of a bright building in the East of Siniscola area. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped and consists of a large entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room with mezzanine, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate shower. There are two balconies, one accessible from the living to the north, the south accessible from the kitchen.

Located in one of the main axes of the town, we have nearby gas station, restaurant and delicatessen, pizzeria, bar and bakery, supermarket, post office, ATM, bus stop to the beaches of La Caletta and S. Lucia, for the cities of Nuoro, Olbia and Cagliari. In the district areas for parking are free.

The very fortunate position of the City of Siniscola, and in particular of our accommodation, allows you to arrive in a few minutes by car, the beautiful beaches of Saint Lucia and La Caletta, to those of S'ena and s'acchita, Capo Comino and Berchida, in addition to those of neighboring municipalities (Posada and Orosei). Similarly you can quickly arrive at the foot of Montalbo, the beautiful limestone massif rich in woods, fountains and walking paths, we are also very close access to the highway 131 DCN, so in 40 minutes you can reach the city of Nuoro for trips in the heart of Sardinia and in as many 40 minutes the city of Olbia and the northern zone (Budoni, San Teodoro, Capo Coda Cavallo, Porto San Paolo).
