Fantastic 2nd floor corner apartment situated on the golf complex of Real de Campoamor near Villamartin. Refurbished ready for the 2024 season, it now has full gas central heating, new floor tiles, and two new shower rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, hall, separate kitchen and utility room and lounge / diner with patio doors onto a terrace with open aspect including a view of La Manga. This now has a sun/ wind awning. The master bedroom has a stunning sea view. The apartment has ramp access from the pavement and has lifts to all floors. There is a lovely communal pool close by. The apartment has modern furniture. Each year the bedding and towels are replenished. The apartment has British satellite TV and Spanish TV a Safe and free WiFi. The apartment is only a short walk to the supermarket and banks and all the bars and restaurants in La Fuente Commercial Centre. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and it is only 7 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. There are also 3 other golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the apartment: Las Ramblas, Villamartin and the new Las Colinas. I live closeby to the apartment and will personally greet you and make sure your holiday is fantastic! Renting the apartment at Christmas? We will provide a christmas tree if desired. Larger number of people coming? We have friends who own a property in the same apartment block so accommodating a larger party can be arranged.

Insgesamt gute Unterkunft für Familienurlaub
Große, helle und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Zwei Badezimmer. Insgesamt gute Ausstattung. Sauberkeit war nicht schlecht, aber im Detail ausbaufähig (z.B. unter den Betten, Türklinken, Lichtschalter, Fernbedienungen). Highlight für die Kinder war der zur Anlage gehörige Pool. Tolles englischsprachiges TV-Paket.

Our break in Spain
This is not the first time we have stayed here, and it won't be the last. Like i commented last year, this appartment has everything you need, close to all supermarkets, bars, and beaches.Yes beaches you are spoilt for choise. And now to top it, there's a gourmet restaurant opened right opposite which do lovely food. Can't wait to return.

Great place to stay
Cozy and clean apartment, with nice view. We loved the stay, close to supermarkets and nice restaurants. The surroundings were nice and the swimming pool was fine. We will consider this apartment again when returning to the Villa Martin area.

I know what holiday makers expect from a property and by refurbishing it throughout I hope you will be impressed at the standard I am aiming to achieve. I live locally and will be personally meeting arrivals to make sure everything is satisfactory.

Why they chose this property

It's a fantastic location for either beach or golf holidays. It's walking distance to ALL amenities and a bus stop so you don't need a car, although I still recommend you do if you want to fully enjoy the area. There are lots of top quality restaurants on your doorstep too.

What makes this property unique
