Sunset One, is a newly built Beach Villa with Pool, with a modern and sleek open floor design. Spend the days relaxing at the beach, by the pool, enjoy the evening cooking on the barbecue or sitting at the fire place outside under palm tress. Take a stroll along one of the world's best beaches at sunset!

Walk to the beach - just 200 m from your front door, or just take the golf cart provided for you. The crystal turquoise water never ceases to amaze! After the day lounging at the beach, take a shower in the outdoor shower under bright blue sky!

The large sliding doors retract into the wall design, therefore you can join lounge and kitchen with the outdoor terrace straight to the pool.

Gorgeous Villa
Sunset One did not disappoint. Everything is exactly how it appears in the listing. The outdoor seating area is a beautiful space in itself. Beach is breathtaking and the golf cart was a definite plus if you need to run back to the house for something. Deandre is a great host, very responsive to answer any questions during your stay. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a stay in a quiet area.

Beautiful Villa, Fantastic Host
My family had a wonderful stay at this property in the Sunset Beach Villas! The location of this property can’t be beat - steps (or a short golf cart drive) away from Grace Bay. Upon check in the villa was immaculate and exactly as pictured. It was so well equipped with soaps, shampoo, lovely coffee maker (two actually), pool toys… and the welcome basket that Dr. Grey left us was so lovely! Dr. Grey was a wonderful host - easy to reach and very attentive. When we notified her that some hornets were making a nest on the house she had an exterminator come within hours to take care of the issue. One of our favourite things was the backyard area which has every kind of seating you could imagine - a swing bench, lounge set, dining table, zero gravity chairs, hammock! Made relaxing by the pool an unforgettable experience. The villa also came with two paddle boards and kayak - Dr. Grey has thought of everything. Needless to say we would absolutely recommend this villa and we hope to return one day!

Amazing!!! All Around......
Our family travels a lot, and we were greated by Beate upon arrival. She was so sweet and showed us everything. Answered questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed the beach set up daily and location is great! The golf cart was really nice to get things we wanted to the beach. Amazing vacation home! Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Development not complete.
The good: Great location 5 min walk to sunset beach. The house is nice and the owner was very responsive and great to speak with. The bad: Roads and houses in development are still under construction. Will be much nicer when complete. Cleaning was rushed and a few things needed wiped down when we arrived but we didn’t mind. Beds were not very comfortable. In any of the 3 bedrooms. Definitely should be upgraded. Does not have a hot tub or a heated pool. Golf cart is only 2 seater and that is not helpful if you have 6 people. Overall we had a great trip and had no real issues. Turks is a beautiful place with lots of activities. It’s tough to complain about anything there.

Comfortable Modern Beach House
We loved staying at this property! Everything was beautiful and the deck and pool area was perfect for coffee every morning. This property is located close enough to the stores and restaurants that it doesn’t take too long to get there. A car is required though. Beate was the perfect hostess. We loved our stay.
