Ground Floor Apartment With Shared Pool And Fantastic Sea Views

A spacious clean modern one bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 4 people.
A fitted kitchen, with everything you may need for picnics at the beach or cooking at home.
A cosy lounge area with satellite TV, DVD player and Wifi. There is a dinning table with stools if you wish to eat in doors.
There is a separate wash room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes horse. Which also has sun loungers to use by the pool and a sun umbrella to use at the beach.
A large bathroom, with a shower over the bath, and a large vanity unit.

A patio which is not over looked with table and chairs for alfresco dining with lovely views of the garden. We have a gate which gives you access straight to the gardens and the pool area

We have a large pool area over looking the Med which also has plenty of areas for sunbath. There is also a costal path which offers wonderful walks.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants to keep you busy on the strip, ranging from Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese. There is something for everyone. The best thing is, that when you return to the apartment which is only two minutes walk away, it's very peaceful.

Spacious one bed apartment
For a one bedroom apartment it didn't feel small and had plenty of storage space for our 2 week stay. Lovely bathroom with good shower. Everything we needed for trips to pool/beach were available. The complex itself was lovely and perfectly located near to everything you would need for a great holiday.

Hi my name is Sarah, I live in England with my husband and daughter who was born in 2013. I own my own business providing childcare for families in the local area. We holiday in Cabo Roig as often as we can, its such a wonderful place and has a much better climate than at home.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I went to Spain for the first time in 2006 and stayed in Cabo Roig. We couldn't believe how friendly everyone was, the weather was fantastic and it was only 2hrs 30 minutes from the UK. Its a great location for families, couples, friends or golfers. There are a lot of ex pats and locals in and around Cabo Roig

What makes this property unique

Its close to two airports, Murcia and Alicante, so within 50 minutes of landing you can be by the pool enjoying a cold drink. There are plenty of shops, bars restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. However these can't be heard in the evening so if you fancied a night in you can sit on the patio and enjoy a quiet drink. There is a large supermarket selling everything you need for your holiday, a new pharmacy and medical centre all within a few minutes walk. There is a local market every Thursday in the next street.
