Only 5 minutes walk from Palais des Festival this 107 m² apartment is located on the first floor of an well renovated property in the charming Le Suquet in the heart of Cannes. Ideal location for a holiday in Cannes or a business trip. Just 150 meters from the beach, 2 minutes walk from Cannes city Center and 5 minutes walk from Palais des Festival - close to everything The apartment is newly renovated and appears beautiful and well maintained. It has three bedrooms, all of which act as double rooms. The living room is large and functionally divided so that it contains both an area with a sofa and a large dining area. Furthermore, there are wall-mounted digital TV and free broadband (Wi-Fi). The apartment has two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The kitchen is modern with induction hotplates, oven, grill, dishwasher and the usual small kitchen appliances. The terrace is 20 m² .

Cannes, a picturesque town on the French Riviera, and although it is most famous for the film festival, Cannes has much else to offer. Cannes has a lovely climate, many interesting sights, museums and beautiful beaches. The beaches offer great opportunities for water sports and beach holidays. You can also find nice restaurants and good cafes in Cannes and as in many French cities, you also find good shopping possibilities in Cannes. Shopping in Cannes is particularly recommended on the Rue des Antibes, More affordable shops you will find at the Boulevard de la Croisette where you will see the most luxurious designer boutiques in Cannes. Cannes is the epitome of the French Riviera, so do not miss a visit here on your trip to southern France.

Bus from Nice airport: The bus to and from Nice Côte d'Azur airport leaves every hour. The trip takes approx. 50 minutes.

Det var en rigtig god oplevelse at låne boligen. Den fungerede perfekt som base for vores deltagelse i MIPIM. Vi vil ikke tøve med at anbefale lejligheden til andre.

Große, alte Wohnung an lauter Straße
Die Wohnung ist groß, aber sehr abgewohnt und hellhörig. In den Bädern riecht es etwas muffig. Sie liegt sehr nah am Strand an einer lauten Straße. Das beste ist die Terrasse mit dem Webergrill.

Perfectly positioned
Clean bright and welcoming apartment with plenty of space for 6 people. Very well equipped kitchen and great outside area. Lovely neighbourhood within walking distance of supermarket, shops, restaurants, train station and port. Heartily recommended.

De woning was zeer compleet alles wat je nodig had was er ook aanwezig.
Ligging woning perfect. Midden in het bruisende Cannes. Buurt vond ik niet altijd even fijn. Best wel vaak last van luidruchtige mensen in andere naastgelegen appartementen. Echt een nadeel vind ik toch wel geen parkeerplaats bij appartement. Strand was op 100 meter afstand. Net als de haven en het centrum.
