* Need a little more sleeping space there is a queen size sofa sleeper from Lazboy with upgraded memory foam mattress in the living area.

Spring break
This is a great condo! The view is spectacular! Very family oriented, beautiful beach. We loved sitting on the balcony…the table is a high top so you can see over the rail. Great location for great restaurants. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for
We had a great stay at the condo. It was in a great location within Orange beach and right on the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked, like it was described. We’ll be back again.

Penny was a wonderful host! The property was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived and she was quick to address any problems that we had. The location was perfect and so was the ocean view! The artwork was so unique and well chosen. We took the time to enjoy the details. Hope to be back next year!

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be ocean front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest as we do!

Why they chose this property

Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

What makes this property unique

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
