Relax in a beautifully furnished 1400 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, top floor condominium home with a wood burning fireplace and views all the way to West Virginia. Four TVs, wireless internet, washer, dryer and a completely furnished kitchen will meet your comfort needs.

This condo is a fantastic getaway perfect for skiing(4mins. from slopes), hiking, romantic getaways, or a family vacation. The full sized kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster, as well as pots, pans, & utensils. The living room offers a 50" flat screen smart TV with streaming capabilities to watch your favorite movies & TV shows. Take advantage of the wood burning fireplace and cuddle up with a hot drink and a book. Step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

The main floor offers a master bedroom suite with a king bed. This bedroom also offers a smart TV with streaming capabilities and your own private bathroom. The guest bedroom is located across the hall with a queen bed, smart TV, & private entrance to the guest bathroom in the hall. Go upstairs to the loft bedroom equipped with a king bed, smart TV, private bathroom, & the laundry room. Take advantage of the expansive shelves of books located in the loft bedroom.

We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent.

Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.

We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.

Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rhodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Summer ONLY) Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.

The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

There is no elevator and the condo is located on the 3rd floor.
