Quiet central 2 bedroom apartment, very well located, within easy walking distance to the beach and Vilamoura marina, where you can find excellent restaurants and bares and great night life as well as shops of all types. There are activities for all tastes in the area; excellent golden sandy beaches, many famous golf courses, water parks, and all types of sports in general as well as great shopping. Casino and several discos are also nearby. There are also plenty of sightseeing tours available including cruises of the beautiful Algarve coast.

Good apartment.
This is a very good property to rent and is excellent value. My wife and I had a lovely time here. Communication with Celissia was 1st class. The young man who took us to apartment from airport was really nice and very helpfull. The wi fi in apartment was also good. Walk from apartment into the marina in vilamoura took us 15 minutes. I'm 60 so younger couples would take 10 mins. Nice quiet pool also. Once again I would like to thank Celissia for renting out her apartment and if we come back to vilamoura we would not hesitate to book again. Thanks once again.

Apparemment bien situé avec superbe piscine et jardin
Appartement dans l'ensemble convenable bien équipé très bonne situation géographique à 1km de la plage il vous faudra pour accéder à la plage la plus près 6mn en voiture et à pied entre 20 et 25 mn c’est un endroit très calme avec beaucoup de petite rue piétonne avec beaucoup de jardin la résidence et très sympa avec une très belle piscine propre et bien entretenue avec des espaces verts très beaux. Vraiment les plus : le faite de pouvoir venir avec son chien encore merci, la climatisation, lave linge, lave vaisselle, place de parking souterrain et bien sûr la piscine accès 24/24. Les moins : l’accès Wifi nulle c’est un Wifi mobile très peu de débit cela ne fonctionnait pas autant dire qu’il n’y a pas de Wifi. Le balcon est très petit difficile de manger à 5 personnes et pour finir avec les photos de présentation de l’ appartement nous pensions avoir vue sur la piscine et non vous avez vue sur la cage d’escalier de l’immeuble d’un côté et de l’autre côté où il y a le balcon vue sur une rue piétonne.

A experiência foi globalmente boa, com muito mérito para a gestora da propriedade. Boa experiência pelo valor. Contudo, o apartamento pode ser melhorado (colchões, apoios de piscina, louças, etc), bem como deve ser explicado exactamente qual a sua localização (mostra-se no anuncio online vista para a piscina que não existe). A entrada preferencial pelas traseiras também não é agradável

We bought this property in 2002.


Why this location?

We bought this property as an investment because of it´s excellent location. It is a comfortable apartment, well located; near enough to the center and beaches but yet in a very quiet location. It is very easy to get to any place you need; Quarteira, with it´s charming market and beaches is just a few minutes walk as is Vilamoura marina, with it's great restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife and fun for all tastes.

Great location whether you wish to play golf, enjoy the beach or just rest.
