Built in 2008 Villa Kairos is very spacious and fitted out to a very high specification. The key features are the panoramic views from the large lounge and the large top floor terrace and first floor balcony. The terraced garden features pool with views directly over the lake. The property is on 3 floors with the lower floor consisting of a 2 bedroom apartment that is self contained and suitable for older children or a second family. Externally the garden is terraced the feature being the private pool offering stunning views over the lake and town of Ohrid

Ohrid it was not!
Excellent communication from the owner. The Villa has the most amazing views and is in a great location for walking into town. The walk back up the hill was sometimes a struggle but nothing a taxi ride couldn’t fix. The lower floor annexe was perfect for both teenagers and also for use of the beer fridge on pool days! Very spacious and had all we needed. Had an issue with an air con unit but a quick call made and with it being unable to be fixed this was replaced within a couple of days. Whilst it wouldn’t stop us from recommending and we would go back tomorrow, the Villa is a little tired in places, especially the pool which was missing several tiles and also leaking which meant we had to top up on a daily basis meaning it was never fully up to temp and the sunbeds could also do with being replaced as these were a little rickety and also lacking in Nos for the size of Villa but the location and views/location totally made up for this. Not mentioned in the welcome guide but a visit to the closest restaurant Ana Marija is a must. Quality food and extremely good value. Overall this was one of best holidays ever and wewould not hesitate to recommend both the villa and Ohrid it’s self. Thank you Paul, we can totally see why you have purchased a villa here! We may well be back…

Belle vue, mais manque de propreté
Tout d’abord, on a eu de la misère à trouver la propriété. Lorsque nous avons tenté de contacter la personne sur place (pas le gestionnaire de la propriété), elle nous a aucunement aidé disant qu’elle ne pouvait pas nous assister. Arrivée à la propriété, la vue était magnifique. Cependant, l’accueil de la personne sur place (pas le gestionnaire de la propriété) était impatiente et n’était pas chaleureuse. De plus, la maison était très belle à premier regard, mais plusieurs petites choses s’ajoutaient rapidement dont plusieurs articles défectueux.

Beautiful villa in a great location
We had an adults holiday here this summer. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. It’s also in a lovely quiet location but a 5 minute taxi ride from the centre of Ohrid. The owner and the local contact were always available and responded quickly to any enquiries.

Perfect house with a great view
We enjoyed our stay in Ohrid. The house itself is even much more beautiful as on the photos. It has an amazing view to the town of Ohrid and really beautiful sunsets. Its architecture is great, the rooms are very comfortable, each has its own bath. Everything was just perfect. We had only problem with the pool because the water was really dirty and despite all the efforts of the manager, nothing improved until we left.

Why they chose this property

We found this site whilst holidaying in Ohrid. We were so taken by the area that we decided we wanted a holiday home here. When we found it, it was half built so we employed an architect to complete the design to our specification.

It was the stunning views that attracted us, together with the very friendly people of Ohrid. We love going on holiday here several time a year and have got to know all the good restaurants and attractions and spend many an hour sat on the balconies or by the pool enjoying the sunny weather and amazing views.

It is truly awe inspiring
