3 Bedroom Holiday Cottage


A 3 bedroom holiday cottage with off-road parking and great location on Swanage high street. Built in 2005 & refurbished in December 2021 to include all new bathrooms, flooring, beds, and redecoration. The property has the advantage of a 2nd bedroom floor so master bedroom (with en-suite) has its own door / stair case so if sharing with friends or family you have privacy between the floors. Each floor has a 70 inch, 4k flat screen TV with Freeview and Netflix. There are
games, beach equipment. Owner provides; tea, coffee, toilet rolls and high speed internet (BT Infinity) Owner is very helpful about the house and local area. House gets great reviews and is extremely clean. Week stays are normally Sat - Sat so please enquire first if this is not what you require. .

Comfy, with all mod cons.
Beautifully refurbished , really nice bathrooms, comfy beds. Super sized tv screens ! Nice distance from town centre with good pubs on way home ! About half an hours walk to lovely Durlston Country Park, but go out Peveril way.

Nice and Confortable property and close enough to the town center of Swanage.The only problem we had with staying at this property was the terrible strong smell of sick/ off milk troughtout the ground floor and kitchen area.. it was very unpleasant for the whole of our stay . We text the owner/manager but we didn’t get anything sorted and any reply.

We were impressed with the cottage, modern and very clean. Comfortable lounge area and kitchen Fully equipped. Just a 10 minute walk into town and nearest beach. Swanage people very friendly, wed like to go again with our family.
