Luxury Villa With Private Pool And Spa In West Haven

Our luxury villa with a private pool and spa in Orlando is in a great location, situated within a 15 - 20 minutes (traffic permitting) drive from Disney World in The Abbey at West Haven. Shops, restaurants and a petrol station are all within a few minute's drive. Very convenient access to the I-4 to get quickly to the major attractions and nearby is US27 with more shops and restaurants. The gated community of The Abbey at West Haven is one of the most sought after locations in Central Florida. It is approached by a wide, lushly landscaped main boulevard lined with palm trees. Villa guests have access to the community centre with a large communal pool, tennis courts, gym, volleyball court, and table tennis. The community is located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway between US27 and the I-4 in a beautiful and quiet area, but convenient for all the parks and attractions.
We have a fantastic Large Pool Deck that faces south with nice landscaping around the perimeter of our wide corner plot.
We are constantly investing in our villa to keep it up to date and to provide our guest with the best experience.
Updated features include:
Pocket sprung hybrid mattress installed on king bed.
Internet upgraded to 1000mbps
Outdoor loungers have been professionally refurbished.
The pool has been converted to a saltwater chlorination system. This makes the water much softer on the skin but still kills bacteria.
Large comfortable sofas in the Lounge
Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.

Spring Break Vacation
We were very pleased with the house and its contents. It had everything one would expect to find in this sort of rental. It was clean and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub did not get very hot during our stay. We were told the pool was heated but may not get very warm due to the seasonal temperature which was ok with us but we did want the hot tub to be a little warmer. Thanks for a great stay.

Highly recommended.What we saw online is what we found upon arrival, awesome. Top notch Cleanliness,perfect lay-out, phenomenal hot tub and heated pool that took aware tiredness at end of each day.All family members loved it and have plans to keep coming back in this home. The community is beautiful, quite and has a top of the line recreation center. West haven is closer to all attractions, srill far enough to stay out of traffic congestion and all food delivery services happily service this area. Full marks.

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 winter months. Property location for privacy, security, convenience to restaurants and grocers was great. Property owner and maintenance company were responsive in taking action to remedy issues; however, there were 2 persistent issues, both relating to the spa - a pool filter overdue for a change which caused the spa jets to stop working, and the pool heat circuit breaker frequently tripping when in the spa mode until replaced finally after 2 1/2 mos. The salt water pool and spa were wonderful, once the above issues were taken care of. The south facing lanai area was larger than most, had shade across the entire back of the house from the porch roof, was private, quiet and had very comfortable and new lounge chairs.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking to buy a villa we looked at many properties, this villa struck us as "the one" as soon as we viewed it. The pool deck is so nice with a shaded area for dining and getting out of the sun but also a large area for sunbathing. The pool and deck are south facing and you get super sunrises and sun all day until sunset.

What makes this property unique

The villa is on a prominent corner plot in a small community within West Haven. It is a very quiet community with some of the villas being residential and some being short term rentals like ours. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with its cathedral ceiling is so bright and airy. The upstairs queen suite has a balcony overlooking the rear of the property. The pool deck is huge, faces south and there is a shady lanai with a ceiling fan to keep cool under or to dine under.
