It is situated right on the sea for those who want to be on the beachfront and at the centre of things without the need for transport . Amazing uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. 4 minutes to the right is Arenal beach with restaurants & bars . Across the road are the rock pools (Playa Ministerio) for swimming / sunbathing/snorkelling .
Left out of the gate 15 min stroll to harbour/restaurants / beach bars & 2 more beaches.

What makes this property unique
Our apartment is in a very spacious (125sq m ) and sought after location with stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from the front bedroom and lounge. The kitchen also has amazing views of the sea. The front main bedroom also has a private balcony off the room for privacy if needed.
We are conveniently located within very short walking distance of beaches restaurants cafes, shops + many local amenities e.g. tennis clubs
