Perfect Winter Staycation
Absolutely stunning place! It was warm and cosy and the amenities (games room, tennis court, plenty of books, boardgames, playstation etc) are so much more than we expected. By far the best was the room with the fireplace. We could have stayed for another week easily. Andy is a great host, communication is excellent and loved the little touches he put in to make our stay even more special. Thank you! We will be coming back in the summer hopefully.

Fabulous property for family get together
House was comfortable, plenty of character, plenty of space and perfectly equipped. Games room is great . Log fire was lovely for a cold evening. Beds are all comfortable and bedrooms have good storage. Would love to stay in the summer and make more use of the outside space

My wife and I purchased the property early 2004 as a weekend retreat, then found we were not using it as much as we wished as our young daughter began controlling the weekends with school friends, sports, parties etc ( many have been there). As we live in north Kent I found myself just coming down to cut the grass and do maintenance. We did not want to sell the property so instead decided to rent it out and give guests the use of our period property, I enjoy putting the finishing touches before a guest arrives and do wish for guests to have an enjoyable time. When our daughter is off to university? that is when we will move down to this property in Woodchurch and I will finally get my chickens and goats..that'll do me.
