First floor apartment with parking space in the courtyard located in an excellent position, quiet area 5 minutes walk from the beach office 17. You can comfortably park your car in the internal courtyard. The apartment consists of a bathroom, a double bedroom, living room with equipped kitchen, TV, fan, air conditioning and a sofa bed with two single beds. Located in a quiet and well served area, 5 minutes walk from the beach office 17. The apartment is located in a quiet area and well served by supermarkets, minimarkets, ice cream bars, pizzerias, sliced pizzas, rotisseries, beach shop, automatic laundries and tobacconist. Near the beach office 17 reachable in 5 minutes on foot there is a Doggy Beach and a free beach area where you can bring your own beach equipment. The day of arrival and departure is scheduled for Saturday or Sunday. Sheets and towels are not included and it is recommended to leave the apartment clean as there are no cleaning costs. It is expected the additional payment of the tourist tax for guests over the age of 12 of 0.50 euro per person per day.

L appartamente è in buone condizioni,ma manca il balcone per stendere. La posizione è ottima per famiglie ma per i giovani è un po fuori portata . Nel complesso ottimo per rilassarsi.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön ! Alles lag zentral ! Der Strand war ca. 50 m entfernt, man müsste nur die Strasse hoch laufen ! Die Stadt war ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ! Wir haben den Wagen nur einmal in der gesamten Woche benötigt , um den Einkauf den wir bei Lidl gemacht haben, was auch ca. 1 km entfernt war, zu transportieren !
