There are no extra costs, you pay the advertised cost and a £100 deposit. The deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is clean, tidy and undamaged.
This is truly an amazing apartment and location. Brand New in 2010, modern award winning apartment block, very well equipped. South facing for sun all day, which is rare in Newquay as the town faces North. Secure Car park behind the building with no height restriction. Many other New apartment blocks on Headland Road, Zinc, Azure and Cribbar have under ground Car parks so you may not get in with a roof box.
Newquay is a lively town very popular with both young and old. With Incredible Beaches, amazing walks along the cliffs, great restaurants, different Pubs and places to explore. Our 2nd floor apartment apartment is on a headland, 10 to 15 minute walk from the town center, which has Three Higher End Hotels and some very smart apartment blocks with Fistral beach at the end of the headland. In the centre of Newquay there are many Night Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants and shops which make the town center very lively and a true year round destination.

Newquays main attraction has to be the beaches there must be more than 10 sandy beaches all around the town, great for family's not just surfers. Fistral Beach is home to our national Surf Center, many of the beaches have surf, as well as Watergate Bay which is just 10 minutes by car away. The Town itself is a year round vibrant center with many Shops and Restaurants. There is a large retired population as well as the younger surfer crowd which all co exist very well. Newquay has something for everyone Newquay is somewhere you will go back time and time again. Due to the Geography of Newquay and Cornwall there are loads of Bars, Pubs and restaurants which overlook the sea all catering for Locals and Tourists alike. As there is so much choice they have to be good to survive so you will be surprised by the quality and value for money you will find. A great way to spend time. There are festivals and competitions, on the beach or surf, most weeks of the summer with the big Boardmasters surf competition dominating. If you do not fancy the beach the town and locality has plenty to offer including the Zoo, Skate Park, Swimming Pools,Crazy Golf and 9 hole Pitch & Put as well as the full Golf Courses. A new Multiplex cinema in the town centre only a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. Under half an hour to the Eden project, Truro and Padstow are only 20 minutes away by car as well as many other of Cornwalls finest attractions. St Ives is a bit further at 25 minutes. Bus services are very good running along the coast, which is great if you want to walk along the coast path, as well as inland.
