Superb seaside villa. Perfect for family holidays or friends. In the peace of a private impasse, it is close (350 m) of the watched beach of Boisvinet and 500m of the town center and its trade as well as the marina. . Composed of 3 bedrooms (140 beds) and a bathroom with Italian shower, it also offers a complete independent studio for 2 people, with its bathroom and its bed of 160 on the ground floor.
The kitchen is redone, is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer) giving su rune small veranda perfect for breakfast. A living room that opens onto a large veranda reception and a garage. A laundry room with washing machine. Outside: a pool of 9mx4m
unheated, secure with a shutter and its terrace, a table tennis and a barbecue. The land (800m2) is perfectly enclosed.
Its location brings a calm assured.
This villa is non-smoking and our friends the dogs are also not allowed.

I request a deposit of 1000 euros refundable within 15 days after departure.

Family holiday
We enjoyed a two week stay in this fabulous house in August with 3 older teenage children. The house is spacious and well presented, it always seemed to be the right temperature. The property is incredibly well equipped and in a fantastic location. We are very much hoping to return. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil chaleureux

Belle maison de vacances à Jard Sur Mer
Nous avons passé un deuxième séjour relaxant et précieux dans cette belle maison de vacances. Elle est bien équipée, avec beaucoup de place pour tout le monde, et vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le lieu est tranquille et magnifique - à proximité de la plage, de la ville et des restaurants, mais paisible et privé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, et font tout pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances. Merci de nous faire partager ce joli coin de Jard sur Mer!

Très belle maison de vacances à Jard sur Mer
Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes dans cette belle maison. Elle est très bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine, et sa situation est parfaite - calme mais tout près de la plage, la ville et le port. Les propriétaires sont tellement gentils et attentionnés . Ça fait des années qu’on passe les vacances à Jard sur Mer et nous sommes très reconnaissants d’avoir trouver une maison si parfaite à Jard pour nos vacances de famille.
