Welcome to the pitter patter of the cottage Little Feet. Designed by Seaside, FL Town Architect, Ty Nun, this guest cottage to Pitter Patter has an abundance of natural light. The front porch welcomes you in to the living area which has a flat screen TV, Sonos system, queen sleeper sofa and built in dining area. The kitchen has open shelving, floor to ceiling windows, micro confection oven, two burner induction Wolf stove top, fridge/freezer with ice maker and a washer/dryer combo.

Head up the spiral staircase to the queen bedroom suite with built in closet and drawers, a large flat screen TV, sitting area surrounded by windows with views that give you that tree house feeling. Enjoy the balcony for a late-night glass of wine, or an early morning coffee. The bathroom has an all glass shower with handheld rain head, vessel sink, and plenty of natural light.

Little Feet is located just 7 houses to the beach and only one block from the Seaside town center.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed parking our car for the duration of our stay and spending a couple of days walking and biking. The property is a cute, well-designed structure behind the main house. The complementary beach bag with towels and a bottle of wine were nice touches. The sticking exterior doors are in need of adjustment, but otherwise everything was in good condition and clean.

It is the perfect location - steps to Black Bear coffee, Modica’s and the Seaside square with all the restaurants and shops. The accommodations are so lovely. Downstairs was perfect for relaxing and the bed was also very comfortable. Great stay!!

Bed is horrible
The bed is actually an air mattress and has to be the most comfortable mattress/air mattress I’ve ever seen It should be replaced with a REAL mattress asap. Shower leaks as well and there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink…. No dishwasher so having a disposal would have been nice.

It was within a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Seaside as well as the beach but far enough away that it was really quiet. Super convenient to go to the beach in the morning for coffee on the pavilion benches and easy walk back to the house for a lunch break if you are spending all day on the beach. The layout of the house was great and made it feel larger than it was. Perfect for two people. My only complaint is that the mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable and has a noticeable sag in the middle.
