Private Villa With Pool Overlooking The Beautiful Jalon Valley

Our villa is situated on a quiet hillside overlooking the beautifull Jalon Valley, the peaceful village of Parcent and the Coll de Rataes Mountains.The area is a mecca for biking and hiking. There are a wide variety of beaches on the Costa Blanca Coast 20 to 30 minutes away. The Villa is set on 2 levels. It is newly furnished with all the amenities. It has a comfortable lounge, a modern kitchen and a seperate dining room. The lounge and dining room open up onto the upper patio which has contempory outdoor furnishings. The lower patio has a pool, lounge chairs and dining area. There are an abundance of good quality restaurants and wineries in the area to be discovered.

Beatifull view
Nice and clean house with a beautifull view. All you need is there, and the owner, the pool man and the cleaning lady are all very friendly people doing everything to make our stay enjoyable.

We came for a visit to the Jalon Valley in the summer of 2010 and fell in love with the place. Fortunatly for us this Villa was for sale two doors down from where we were renting and we bought it immediatly. It has exceeded all our expectations.

Why they chose this property

We continue to be amazed at what the Jalon Valley and the Costa Blanca area has to offer. The small villages in our area are full of great restaurants and wineries. Take time to walk through them. Visit the churches. See some of the old Moorish architecture. If you like the beach, you are only 20 to 30 minutes away from some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The resort towns of Javea, Denia, Calpe and not to forget Benidorm, have great beaches dotted with restaurants and bars. You will also find a number of secluded cove beaches for you to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The key to this area is diversity. You can go on great trips over the mountains or sunbath on the beach.
There are petroglyphs and caves to see close by.
The area is a mecca for bikers, hikers and hill climbers.
You can snorkel, scuba dive, fish, visit caves on a seadoo, go hang glidding, go into the mountains on an ATV, go horseback riding and of course there is golfing.
The cities of Valencia and Alicante are an hour away
and offer great shopping, museums, art galleries, and casinos. The famous Benidorm Palace is only 35 miutes away. Best of all you can do absolutly nothing. Just hang around the pool with a good book and a drink.
