This spacious villa is situated in one of the desirable communities, Hampton Lakes with tennis & basket ball court, a play area and a community pool. The villa has 2 master bedrooms with en-suites downstairs and 3 more bedrooms upstairs. Perfect for parents get-away! One of the master bedrooms and one twin bedroom have amazing lake views. It now boasts a flat screen TV and brand new sofa sleeper set in the lounge. Fully air-conditioned and now has key-less entry front door. It has cable TV, Internet with WiFi and free phone calls within USA & Canada. Non smoking and pets are not allowed though we love animals.

Home is laid out nicely, was poorly maintained, pool had algae, solar blanket poor condition. Locks to enter pool area were not secured any child could have entered. Linens, not folded or organized, cupboards not organized Carpet dirty as well as vents. Light bulbs missing, outside bulbs burnt out Mirrors dirty & no contact after initial arrival to check on things. With care & upkeep this could be a lovely home

Very Enjoyable!
Had a lovely stay at your villa! A very nice location in a quiet neighbourhood with a Publix just down the road for easy shopping. The villa was clean and comfortable and we found the management company was quick to respond to any questions or problems. A big plus was the wonderful view over the lake... great for relaxing and watching the sunset in the evening.

Great place!
Our family recently stayed here for a week. The house is large and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. I would gladly recommend this house to anyone.

The villa was in a nice development which was quiet and close to attractions.However we did feel the villa needed a deep clean and some updating or general maintenance. Overall we had a fantastic stay thank you
