Los Olivos apartment
Amazing stay. Owners super responsive and were flexible with check in and out times. The balcony as quiet and peaceful and pools just a short walk away. Conveniently located to tennis centre and supermarket, only 5 mins walk. Note Resort Mgt said the indoor pool was closed July and August, seemingly only accessible to owners.

Everything was very good. The apartment was well equipped and has a wonderful view of the sea. Nick and Julie are excellent hosts and easy to communicate with!

Für die Wintermonate nicht geeignet
Positiv: der Blick von der Terasse ist sehr schön über die Lagune auf den Strip. Negativ: Zu keiner Zeit hatten wir Sonne auf der Terasse, da Richtung Norden gelegen. Die meiste Zeit glich diese einer feuchten und kalten Tropfsteinhöhle. Aus gleichem Grund roch die Wohnung wahrscheinlich auch stockig nach stehendem Wasser und Schimmel. Keine Zutaten in der Wohnung (Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Klarsichtfolie, Müllbeutel, ...). Die am schlechtesten ausgestattete FeWo die wir bisher hatten (nicht vorhandener Wäschetrockner, defekte Zitruspresse, kein einziger deutscher Sender im Fernsehprogramm, keine Fliegengitter in den Fenstern trotz Schwärmen von Mücken und Fliegen, ...). Am Abreisetag war das Wasser ab 9:00/10:00 Uhr abgestellt, wegen Straßenbauarbeiten. Eine Information gab es vom management nicht.

Review
All arrangements easily made. Clean and tidy apartment but sparsely decorated and an exaggeration to say it is luxury accommodation. One might consider upgrading the rather aged chair covers. Also would be helpful to have a small stock of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc to avoid having to buy then discard. Provisions quite limited at Bellaluz store and larger shop by the Tennis Centre closed for refurbishment now reopened I understand. Hope these few comments are helpful.

Wonderful property
Lovely apartment on the golf complex the pool was a short walk away which was nice. Views from the veranda was amazing. Restaurants short walk away ( apart from the hill on the way back but did help to work off some food and drink :) Would of liked some cleaning products and basic condiments ( salt pepper oil etc)to help keep apartment clean but aside from that would recommend this to anyone. Thank you

We are a family of four and have been visiting La Manga Club for many years - always renting at Los Olivos, before buying our apartment. We are all keen tennis players and the proximity to the tennis centre was always a major appeal. School and work commitments prevent us from spending as much time as we would like in La Manga.

Why they chose this property

La Manga Club offers many sporting opportunities and experiences for those that wish to partake and yet the environment itself is truly relaxing. La Manga Club enjoys a reputation for being very safe, with a great sunny micro-climate.

What makes this property unique

The property is located in the heart of the resort - opposite the tennis club, 5 mins walk to most restaurants, bars, the hotel, supermarkets etc. The Spa and beach (both 5 mins drive away) are worth a visit.
