The house is located just 50 m from the beautiful beach of Lu Bagnu inside the Residence La Perla Del Mare.

Lu Bagnu is therefore the beach of Castelsardo, where a small town with a tourist vocation has grown, connected by a 3 km pedestrian promenade to the real center
historic town of Castelsardo.
Within this small village you can find everything you need for your holidays without having to use the car: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, handicrafts, small markets with local products, activities for children. from where trips also depart is on the road.
They are extremely comfortable: the proximity of the house to the beach, the green and shady spaces inside the village where children can play in total tranquility and the use of the swimming pool when you only have time for a dip.
The houses overlook the internal gardens and the paths that lead to the beach.

The panoramic swimming pool by the sea, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and with a lifeguard, consists of two pools, one of which with 40 cm shallow water for children.

Next to the swimming pool there is a tennis court and a bowling green, table tennis and concierge service.

Access to the beach is private and served by external showers and toilets; the beach is free, very large and sandy.

The peculiarity of this village is being right on the sea while the peculiarity of the area is the dry air that makes the house fresh, and the clean sea that has won the famous blue flags several times.

The studio of about 48 square meters is divided into the living area and the sleeping area by a piece of furniture that acts as a partition; the living area includes the sofa bed for two comfortable seats, (the second bed can be stored under the other), dining corner and TV; in the sleeping area the double bed and wardrobe.
The kitchenette is equipped not only with a freezer and an electric oven but also with many small utensils.

The always very cool veranda is furnished to be able to eat outside.

In the house: iron and ironing board, washing machine, mosquito nets, ceiling fan, TV, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, espresso machine. Wi-Fi signal available only in the condominium area near the receptions/office
